We will leave our world a better place than how we have come into it. At Go Go Green Realty™, every day is Earth Day. We believe that as a force of realtors we will make our world a greener place one home at a time. Our decision is to spend our marketing budget differently then every other real estate company in the world. Instead of television and radio advertising we will invest this budget into making the homes of our customer green. How we can afford to do this is simple. After the closing, up to 1% of the 3% commission we collect on our real estate transactions will be spent directly into making our customers homes green (weatherizing, duct sealing, replacing all bulbs with compact fluorescent, planting a tree, and making a donation to the Sierra Club™). Normally 1% commission would be spent on marketing and advertising. We will not only save our customers money every month but make our world greener one home at a time.
